Recently, ZBOM Home worked in collaboration with its majority-owned Australian subsidiary IJF and construction contractor Richard Crookes Construction to advance the first phased delivery of the Joinery Project for the Tattersalls RSL Landmark Complex in Sydney’s CBD. ZBOM Home is responsible for the manufacturing of high-end customized cabinets for the Tower's 241 luxury apartments, while coordinating with IJF to ensure seamless on-site delivery in Australia. The ongoing delivery of this Project in phases is set to become a new benchmark case for Chinese custom cabinets in the international high-end real estate market.

Located at 194-204 Pitt Street, Sydney, the Tattersalls RSL Project is a cornerstone of urban renewal and heritage preservation efforts in Sydney's CBD. The work scope of this complex project covers the restoration of historic buildings, as well as the construction of a new 50-storey luxury residential tower and a boutique hotel. Given the high-level international standards for construction and materials selection, the Project has set rigorous acceptance thresholds for material composition, precision, and craftsmanship of all custom cabinets.

In alignment with the Project’s premium positioning and bespoke requirements, ZBOM Home provided a precision-matched material solution featuring four categories: double-sided melamine finish, polyurethane finish, solid wood veneer, and metal profiles. Notably, the two categories, i.e., double-sided melamine finish and solid wood veneer, are independently developed by ZBOM, offering superior substrate stability and application versatility, which are essential for the Project's high-end fit-out. In response to the industry's long-standing craftsmanship challenges such as uneven gaps and poor fitting between metal profiles and panel materials, ZBOM Home leveraged its end-to-end standardized manufacturing process and closed-loop quality control system to maintain cabinet assembly tolerances within ±0.2 mm, flawlessly meeting the stringent acceptance standards for Australian high-end real estate projects.

A representative from IJF Australia noted that the deep technological expertise built upon ZBOM Home’s comprehensive full-industry chain and large-scale intelligent manufacturing capacity ensured that custom cabinet products for these apartments were delivered on schedule with guaranteed quality and quantity. This success validates the China-Australia collaborative operation model of "China-based Intelligent Manufacturing + Local Delivery", demonstrating its efficiency in meeting the demands of large-scale urban complexes in Australia.
